Edge Evolution Question
I just got a 2000 PSD and am looking for MPG. First and foremost. It already has gauges and a 4" exhaust turbo back. Going fast takes second place. With today's prices I can't "play" too much. Please post up your mileage gains with this or any other product.- Brickman

gas vs. diesel hauling
If you are talking stock you maybe close to right. But all the diesels are much easier to gain HP and torque out of them with a few mods than what a gasser will. And then there is NO comparison.- Brickman

Odd CDL question.
That is a federal thing. And its not only when you are driving a CMV. BAC limit is 0.04 PERIOD if your license says Commercial Drivers License.- Brickman

Its my understanding you do not have to have a physical to hold a CDL. BUT............if you start driving a commercial vehicle you better have one. If Splash gets a CDL now, and don't use it for two or three years the CDL is not going to be revoked if he doesn't have a physical and is...- Brickman

I've seen F150s hooked up to a 9000 lb GN RV trailer. When I asked the one guy about it his response was its ONLY 9000 lbs whats the big deal. You sure want to give idiots like these a wide berth.- Brickman

Weight limit on an 86 tailgate?
At the least if it didn't take out the gear box it should have taken out the shear bolts in the blade holders, and the driveline shear pin before the gear box. Unless the gear box was already weak.- Brickman

Fuel mileage
Your right, the massive amount of torque compared to HP is what makes the liter difference in his computations. My 3406e has 435 HP, but some thing like 1650 lbs of torque.- Brickman
