BeastMaster

About the truck... 1994 Ford E-350 Diesel Van. 7.3L IDI ... E4OD .... 3.54 gearing on rear end.

I got it off of Craigslist in 2016. So, I finally made the big-league. Smells just like Grandpa's tractors when I was a kid on the farm. Don't know what to call it yet, so I call it the "beast". Maybe Hippotamus or Ox is a more fitting name. It sure ain't no Impala, Cougar, or Gazelle, that's fer sure.

About me: retired electronic tech. Old fart who loves to tinker around with stuff more than anything else.

Presently working on way to control E4OD with Arduino microcontroller. I would like to re-do this van with all sorts of goodies... like retrofitting an Android phone, so I can call it up and use those phone-location apps to "find my van", as well as remotely control some of its functions through the phone. Things like turning on bright blue flashing LED's in the backup light housings, turning off the fuel solenoid, disabling start circuit, displaying bogus warning messages on dash display, etc.

Quite a newbie to the world of Diesels, but I really like this old beast.
