This is the digram of how mine is routed if you desire to get different caps No fittings on this set up just caps and lines All 1/4” In my opinion it is the best as there is no connections outside of the caps themselves, less connection points the simpler and on paper less prone to leaks...- Austin86250

Alright, here’s what you need to do, swap the caps out he’s more than happy to work with changed orders, go for this cross over set up, My truck started out as a early 3/16 set up run then like this get a new ip return fitting 1/8” npt 1/4” barb 90 simply remove that 6.9 ip hard line and connect...- Austin86250

This condensor fits 300x better than the stock one, and steel so you can weld brackets to it a lot easier highly recommend this if you are intercooling a bullnose Stock one is a disaster for this, the side lines are unprotected, they are aluminum, and the lines are bent in a way that makes them...- Austin86250

It is common to put the air filter in place of resivoirs keeping batteries in factory locations yes, I’d assume no modications will be needed for intercooling without an ac condenser to the rad/ core minus the obvious holes for inlet and outlet- Austin86250

Finally all buttoned up on this! For now Finished my intake and crank case vent Justin at r and d days VC sucks for a crank case vent as oil vapor hangs out there and to try to make an oil fill, timing cover vent. But I have a seemingly a million other projects going on so that’s down the road...- Austin86250

It would yes the ats 085.088.093 are all the same turbo, same cartridge same wheels, compressor housing is the same although 093 has a small tweak in the snout and the 1/8” npt hole for a waste gate The difference is the exhaust housing, and piping of course I document really well, so if you...- Austin86250

I’m going to call this project an extreme success, more power much smoother too, quieter in the cab, no more white smoke, wayyyy better egts. There is this 7% grade before I had to take it at 50 and still be at 1200 degrees but I just took it at 63 mph at 800!- Austin86250

Ats 085 compressor housing, compressor wheel new less than year old not a flaw to it works for 088 and 093 too Ats 085 air filter box And factory turbo valve cover Ats 085-088 intake hat tapped 1/8” npt for boost gauge can be plugged I don’t need the money really just trying to help those...- Austin86250
