I had the same issue, replaced my rear cables and bam that think will hurt if you put your hand in the path of return
Not saying don’t trust people but maybe you should check they actually did the cables I hear some bad stories about mechanics
Also poor rear brake adjustment causes poor...
You covered the points I was going to make, didn’t even think about the ruts
But yea tire cost, rocks in the duals, lower fuel econ, and width
If you do not need duals don’t have them
But personally I would make the dually a flat bed and get another truck with single wheels but not always an option
I heard from an old guy so I’m not sure if it’s true or not but he said “they won’t let semis that are older than 2010 or something into the state”
“And that they will stop selling regular diesel and just biodiesel”

I’m shopping around for front coils and there are just so many price points types and brands so I’m wondering what you guys have used and was good
Mainly looking to improve ride
I don’t have accessories in the front snow plows, bars, etc so I don’t think I need anything to...
Already have hydro boost, working on electric cruise, deleted the c6 trans so I figured now that napa refused warranty on my vacuum pump it was time for an electric
Man do I love to see made in USA parts
Mounted it where my factory Jack would go
It auto shuts off when done making vacuum...
The old brown one in the bed or the American flag? If it’s the flag thank you! I painted it myself when I was 15 because when I bought it had that brown hood as seen in the bed
$900 later I got a new driveshaft only thing left saving was the slip joint and rear yolk
They said that the strap failure is extremely rare and must’ve been a result of reusing the straps after the first failure back in August
I’m not sure how call are getting torque wrenches on these, well I guess crowfoot? My tools haven’t advanced that far yet
I believe all my yolks are still good so hopefully they can just retube it instead of make a new one
I assume the 2 piece driveshafts ain’t cheap
Too bad the 155” wb 6.9 2wd...
Alright, at a loss for words tonight
86 f-250 6.9T t-19 2wd carrier bearing drive shaft
Back in August I shattered the front u joint cap thought it was one off but tonight I sheared the strap
Both times where 3-4 down shift
After the first failure I put in a slicer u joint and I am meticulous...
I always set my timing to 7* per recommendations from r and d
But yes timing could indeed affect, what effects it the most is compression, fuel, and glow plugs though
I went though all listed above and it starts within a second if crank -10
I usually sit pretty with my screw bucket from my countless parts trucks over the years, but I’ve gotten some from orilleys before
Look at there little lazy Suzan of screws

I’ve ran the 90cc just fine with the mechanical pump
The issue is the new pumps don’t last so I’m going e fuel
You can drain the block to help with that
I’ve used a angle grinder wire wheel on oil pan deck front and rear covers just fine is that the right thing to do probably not but it works...
These fass Instructions are kicking my ass but I just figured out the line from the fass is 3/8 not 1/2” like I thought which makes life really easy because I’ll be able to use the fitting from russes hard line delete *phew* buying fittings online suck
