R&D turbo piping question
ok, so you guys saw my piping, got it no one is a fan. so I 've decided to redo it like R&D has it but I see an issue with pipe clearance on the driver side there is literally no room, so I thought bang it in but the accelerator pedal is there any thoughts? could someone post a pic on how they...- ah1988ford

Turbo hard piping?
I mean from the vibration of the motor. I am a welder they are good solid welds its all hard piped do I need to put something to allow movement/ I used er70-s and its regular exhaust pipe there are no impurities in my welds- ah1988ford

I just got my turbo back from the rebuild and I made a feed pipe that connects to the crossover pipe I welded it will I have issues with stuff cracking?- ah1988ford

db2 pump supply hard line
im having an issue about finding the o-ring seals for the 3/8 hardline that goes from the back of the ip to the filter "feed line" where can I get these seals? I already tried ebay- ah1988ford

088 turbo question
I have a 088 turbo I want to put a 4 bolt housing on I just don't know the size. they refer to the sizes like .63 .71 .82 etc.... which one do I need? there was an old post about this but the member ended up welding on his old one they never determined a size? I m all new really to turbo's not...- ah1988ford

hydro boost question
I picked up a hydroboost unit from a 2nd generation Powerstroke and I am having problems trying to figure out what size the first big hole it on the master cylinder the one on the very end, I went to orielys and the small hole on the back of the master cylinder is 1/4 but the front one I can't...- ah1988ford

088 turbo parts?
hey just tore down my 088 turbo I'm wanting to know where can I buy good seals and bearings? I see you can buy the cheap Chinese ones which are junk, any recommendations? there are a few websites I saw they said they build quality parts but so do the Chinese lol- ah1988ford

timing cover gasket or RTV?
have a question should I use the 2 gaskets for the timing cover or just use RTV? Or a combination of both? I did not use the gasket for the rear main I just used RTV and did not have any issues- ah1988ford

front crank oil seal sleeve doesn't fit
the seal is at the shop right now the part number is 5066 if order 2 of these things thinking the first one was wrong but they were both wrong, I did find an old oilburners post where one of the members used the one you are showing in the photo so I went to o'rileys last night and ordered one...- ah1988ford

front crank oil seal sleeve doesn't fit
I just bought a fel-pro-oil seal with the sleeve and the sleeve is too small? It will not fit on the harmonic balancer? and the balancer doesn't have a sleeve on it....ideas- ah1988ford
