have a question should I use the 2 gaskets for the timing cover or just use RTV? Or a combination of both? I did not use the gasket for the rear main I just used RTV and did not have any issues

I just media blasted my engine mount bolts the ones that go in the block, what do I use when I put the bolts in? thread lock? anti seize? and what do I torque them to? I know my supplement gives torque for bolt sizes the bolts are 1/2 I believe, and the book says for that size 60ft-lbs +- 10lbs...
