I've been making and running b100 & WVO in my 93 for about a year now. All-in-all about 15k miles. My advice, and you will find this same opinion across the board, do not buy a "ready made" setup that contains any type of plastic. Neither PolyEthalene or PolyPropalene (sp?) are good for the...
The 12v heater wrap from golden fuel systems won't fit on a stock filter, but if you have a secondary filter setup like I do that is longer than stock, the heater wrap rocks. That sucker gets hot very quick and wrap it with a little bubble insulation and it will stay warm and toast.

UPDATED W/ NEW INFO
I cleaned the tank off real good today and could just make out a Ford emblem stamped on the tank and a little square with the letters "PE" on the inside. So it seems that ford did offer a larger capacity plastic front fuel tank, that I assume is made out of polyethylene...

2. I-40W, from Hickory to Asheville
3. Hwy 19/23N (Future 26)...
I've been looking at the SPA Technique digital guages. You can get a Boost/EGT combo for about $450.00 ( I know, a little pricey) but you want have to worry about getting a specific range and you can get two guages in one pod (which I like alot).
If I could find a truck setup like you found yours I'd be set. CC on a 155" frame...I think it would look kind of like an super-sized Honda Ridgeline w/ that short box. :D
