hey yall just did the zf5 swap on my 95 f250, but it keeps jumping out of 4th gear the instant i let off the go pedal any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the detent is worn out in the shift rail. Either that or the plug backed out and the spring came out of the top. Look on the top of the trans (if possible) in the front and their should be 3 small plugs on top. The detent springs and pins are underneath.
