wth causes this?

This is my antifreeze Its fleet charge that was pink at one point in time. Tested it with a 3 way test strip and everything checks out. I do have a coolant filter as well. I almost think its rust because of air entering the system from my leaky radiator. If that's not it I don't know. Its not oil either.

definitely not oil related. My guess would be your nice new coolant picked up all the nastys from an old radiator or heater core. By the way you say leaky radiator im under the assumption that it is not new. If you have the lower hose off. Just remove the upper hose. Leave the cap on and stick a garden hose in the upper radiator port. See how long it takes for the water to come out clear.
