Sucks, all the offers you had and you turned them all down. Bi**hing about it now won't help, shouldn't bit the hand that feeds you. Check craigslist or market place, also other diesel sites out there to.

Long drive for you, but if the deal is right....

The beauty of having access to people all across the country... one of us could easily go inspect a vehicle for you, and you wouldn't be making any unnecessary trips. And if you WERE to make a cross-country drive for the right truck, you'd never be too far from help if you ran into any trouble.

The last one looks great!! Thanks.

A little far away, but that is the right truck.

Now to put the $$ together...Christmas is coming, maybe a bonus this year.

My friend found another truck to use.

Again, thanks,

LCjeff

PS there seems to be lots of single cabs, but not too many extended cabs.

I'm currently in the market for an extended or crew cab, and can only find regular cabs like you stated. Ironically, when I wanted a regular cab, I couldn't find a single one.

In my searches, I've come across alot of 7.3 autos. Like you, I am worried about issues. Good luck in your quest, appears we are looking for the same things.

Looks like it has hubs to me. Next time I'm looking for anything vehicle wise it will come from the southwest. These kinds of things make us east coasters ill to look at. I would have bought that and saved my self a hole lot of body work and rust repair. Sheesh..

On another note.... you are looking for a truck with a 6.9, so presumably if it has an automatic, it is a c6 transmission.
You state: "Thanks for that, i do not like the automatic trani , too much trouble my friend spent 2500 for a rebuild"
Anyone that paid $2500 for a c6 rebuild got *****. Just tossing that out. Good luck, that last one Towcat posted looks sweet.
