O'reilly's carries them. Wix makes them
They don't show them on their website, but last time I bought one, the parts guy brought out both the stock one and the one you want with the drain valve built in to the bottom of it.

I would call a dealer that sells Wix then call Napa as Napa will probably be higher in price.
A couple other choices:

Principal Application: Can be used in place of 33217 -Complete spin-on unit w/ drain - 33617 or 33805 is spin-on w/ drain + sensor port (33617 sensor is 7/16-20 - 33805 is 1/2-20)
