Whats not to love about a DT466 in a Super Duty

That's too bad it is being sold. That truck is very nice, but too much $$$ and no where near streetable.

HERE another DT466 powered OSB Ford. It is at the 120 mark. Very impressive.

That 466 blew those Cummins away big time! You could tell just by the stack velocity that there was some serious power coming on-line.

It varies, depending on how proud the owner is. Most you see on eBay are in the 1500-3000 range for used motors, remains are ridiculous. They may be cheaper at a scrapyard, but the ones in my area are not reasonable on motors.

I picked mine up on eBay for less than $900.

That truck is rumored to be putting out in excess of 2500HP! Reportedly, it was in the 3000HP range, but he turned it down as it was a real PITA to drive/spool with all the fuel being dumped into it.

Search on CompD again, the numbers that were being thrown around were about half that. I believe CDS dyno'd it too.

The numbers I posted are supposedly the output of the brown OBS DT466 powered truck in at the 1:20 mark in the video posted earlier.

I too read that Melissa's truck is in the 1000-1200HP range or so.
