Vent window weatherstrip

So whats the easy way to replace/reattach the weatherstrip in the vent window? Anyone know where to get a new one?

LMCtruck.com has them, they are in the $25-$40 range depending on year ect. I haven't actually replaced on an F series, they have original Ford drawings for their parts and it appears from the drawing the window frame may have to be unbolted and removed. I am sure a forum member that has done this will chime in with the specifics. I need to pull mine apart and replace the center hinge pivoting pin and frame as it has started to rot from sitting for so long.
