Well if it makes anyone happy I got the Hydroboost done this afternoon (HUGE improvement!) and I left the do-dad in the vac circuit. I still need to finish modifying the vac plumbing to move it, but it was easier to leave it than do anything else with it for now.

I might be mistaken, but when I did my hydroboost, I just unplugged the doo-dad. Brake light still works for the e brake, and I am not sure really about the fluid level sensor. I am about to go get my EVTM and look the circuit over.

I just looked over the EVTM for my 92 model. I would bet a 94 would be almost the same.

If you unplug the vacuum switch from the circuit, it does not affect any of the other warning systems.

Here is a diagram of the brake warning light. Vacuum switch is on the right side of the diagram.
