Vaccumm problem I think

Brake are realy hard to use. Transmission shift to hard. I think the vaccum pump is toast. Any Ideas of what else it could be?

I have been fording water for the last 4 days. It has been getting worse all 4 days.

Already did the check vaccum by taking off a line and no vacuum

then obviously your vac pump is toast... hydro-boast it... better in the long run....

Check out the price of a vac. pump from PartsAmerica.com. They're associated w/ Schucks, etc. It was the best price on a NEW pump I found mid last year. It was less then $100.00.

Oh, did you check the line right from the vac. pump to the distribution manifold? It's possible that the hose could be the issue- from the pump to there- unless you checked directly....

It is fixed. I put on a used pump I had from a wrecked truck. Everything works fine now.
