I will get him to explain the leaking to me in the morning, maybe someone will have an idea to fix. I know he said he checked orings this was specifically something about the fuel bowl. But work was a bit crazy (I work at HoneyBaked Ham in the Corporate Gift Dept) so honestly I heard what he said, but can't remember it :D

He did repair the wiring as well. So far it is not leaking again.

Direct no-spy link: http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/963769-pcm-icp-sensor-question.html . But your fuel filter restriction sensor won't be there. It's only there on the '96-'97 trucks. On your '95, it will be pointing toward the back of the truck. The heater CONNECTOR is on the driver's side of the bowl; it's the only single-wire flat-blade terminal connector on the bowl. Red/green wire.

Pic in post #27 will confuse you even further, as it's from an SD truck, with a completely different fuel system.

When I picked it up saturday he explained it better, it is actually leaking where the water in fuel sensor is on there. He said it appears pressed into the housing there, so not sure how to repair that. So far not seeing it leak again, yet. It is starting and running much much better and I was finally able to dig the block heater plug out last night. We are going to get fairly cold end of this week, so figured I better dig the plug out where I can get to it.

With good oil, batteries, Yada Yada, these start pretty good.
I need to get around to replacing my UVCH plugs, as some of the glowplug pins are missing, but still starts pretty good being unplugged.
High of 42 here today.

It is time to get the oil changed, will get that done next week and hope I dont have anymore issues, at least for awhile. Although I knew going in, things were likely to crop up. You dont let something sit for a couple years not running, and not expect things to happen.

Exactly. Most like using lighter oil for winter.
Or synthetic.
Get what you want, but i like the Mobil 1 filter and oil from tractor supply.
Be careful with Rotella oil.

Pretty much throughout the year every other couple of tanks for me.
But good to keep some of the white bottle on hand.
Last year was the first time I had any gelling. Was something like -15.
