Turbo questions

Got a lead on a used ATS turbo kit complete for $750.....the catch though is its off a 6.9 ............ so is the kit the same for both 6.9 and 7.3? or am i SOL? also does this sound like a good price?

The turbos are the same for both 6.9 and 7.3 engines, I think the diference is on f series and e series. On the price, well if that is for a complete kit with only the bolts missing but everything else in there well is not too bad but is not a steal either. Is it wastegated or non-wastegated?
