turbine chipped bad

what do you guys think i should do about a turbo? the impellers are chiped bad like some thing went threw it can i go with one from a newer 24v?
or shoul i go with a hybird? $$is an issue so what is the beast replacement?

if i were you....i'd find one in a salvage yard somewhere...or maybe try ebay
