If not I got a BW 3 spd with a granny I'll sell. I'll even throw in the BW 13-45 transfer. These are currently hanging in the donor behind a 6.9.

what do you mean 3 speed?

Its the T-19, some people call it a 3 speed cause 1st gear is a granny and they usually start out in 2nd.

I still use mine like a 4speed though LOL, if I had 4.10's I wouldnt, 2nd is just a little steep.

That T-19 and 13-45 would be atleast 150lbs, thats gonna be a hefty shipping fee.

If anyone else is interested I also have a T-19, flywheel, new clutch, with a 1356 for sale.

I do believe they are the same. That is why the trans separates from the bell housing. The bell housing is the adapter for the standard BW mounting pattern.

Well I just did the swap, I was going to keep it for my jeep, but now I need the money to buy a new Reverse gear or synchro because sometimes it wont go in.

That's pretty normal for a ZF. The reverse gears suck. Many times I have to preset the cluster gear to get the trans into reverse, in many of our ZF equipped trucks. Try putting the trans in 2nd and 4th before you put it in reverse. Always works for me.

You mean you can never get it into 5th gear?
Third gear is also a common problem area for a ZF trans. It can be improved some by changing the ATF in the trans and only running it for 5k miles or so, as a flush cycle, do the same thing again, and it should clean out some of the aluminum case shavings that have accumulated on the sliders. If it is allowed to be driven with this problem for very long it will eventually ruin the syncos.
