If you guys think about how long the factory cables have lated. And then are having issues with an after market cheaper cable maybe its time to rethink this saving a buck. Now I'm all for saving money because money saved is just that. but money spent twice to get what you want is something I look closely at. I enjoy working on my truck but I don't enjoy redoing a job because I got a part thats suspect for quality. Mel said it best once. his water pump failed on the Moose truck. It lasted 24 years. You bet he got another ford factory water pump....
