I seem to remember that the front coil springs off of a superduty would fit my old 2wd f250.
But I can't for the life of me find the thread that said what year superduty springs would fit.
Was it the 05 and up models when they switched over to coil sprung front ends or was it the original superduty truck?
I've got a line to get some stock springs off a 06 superduty. F250 or 350 have em both available.

05 was when they switched to coils (got one sitting in the driveway)... Do they realize it's an IDI, not a TDI?

Hmmm,
Adding Super Duty coil springs from a two-wheel-drive truck and removing the sway bar were the only modifications to the front suspension. The rearend is a Sterling 10¼-inch axle with the stronger long pinion. The benefits of the I-beam front suspension include fewer wear points, great ground clearance, and lots of wheel travel.

My previous post was for 4x4 superduties, I think the 2wd all had coils.
