Sputtery at high rpm

I fired up my old orange truck to go check on some things last night and notices it sputters at high rpm. And this is after running it for quite a bit. Could it be as simple as air intrusion and fuel leaks(which I know it has) or am I looking at a bad injector or pump? Thanks in advance!

Could be air, pump or injectors. Let’s stsrt with the cheapest thing and replace the fuel filter, you could have a fuel delivery issue causing the pump to sputter at high rpms. Try that and report back

I'd go along with Wes's suggestion. Lack of fuel at high RPM's was the first thing that came to my mind when I read the title of this thread.
