I fired up my old orange truck to go check on some things last night and notices it sputters at high rpm. And this is after running it for quite a bit. Could it be as simple as air intrusion and fuel leaks(which I know it has) or am I looking at a bad injector or pump? Thanks in advance!

Could be air, pump or injectors. Let’s stsrt with the cheapest thing and replace the fuel filter, you could have a fuel delivery issue causing the pump to sputter at high rpms. Try that and report back ;Sweet

I'd go along with Wes's suggestion. Lack of fuel at high RPM's was the first thing that came to my mind when I read the title of this thread.
