Signature change - Winch added!

Well a winch has been on my wish list for a long time; last weekend I lucked out and traded a 4HP outboard for a Warn 8274. I had designed my homemade bumper to be easily adaptable so with some minor modifications the winch is in. Here is a picture taken a few minutes ago - I finished the install just in time for a pretty good snow.

Now I get to modify my truck specs to move the winch from 'wish list' to part of my rig!

Nice set up!! I only use my truck for occasional use but would love to have one of those just to have it. Bet people get out of your way if they are lolly gagging around. That thing would be intimidation in the rearview..........LoL
