I told him how we fixed ours, and I think hes gonna do the same.
Piece of 2x4 across the cab, jack it back up. Piece of ply-wood on the back wall sitting directlly on the cab mounts, put full of screws across the back, and the piece of ply-wood will hold the cab up.
Worked great for us for over 4 years and it never sagged again!
