seal number for d-50 front passenger axle slip joint

Napa say they don't have a reference for it. this is the seal that is on the end of the slip joint at the middle u-joint. it is under the boot between the middle u-joint and the outer u-joint. Can find a reference # from any supplier. The original ford number is 4a460.

I was actually looking for the seal that is under that boot, it goes over the end of the shaft. They had it listed on that website but it is discontinued :dunno.

I couldn't find it either. Best fix is put in a D60 :rotflmao

I did find an article on line stating that if your boot is good the seal is redundant.

Edit: I bet if you took the old one to a bearing shop they should be able to match something up. I have an old CR Seals catalogue at home (specific to automotive seals) I will take a look and see if I can find something.
