Hi guys, my 6.0 has had the oil cooler failing again, does anyone have any recommendations on the best remote oil cooler? My mechanic who is a Bulletproof dealer says to just replace the oil cooler since its mainly a weekend driver, says its really not worth the expense, but says its my money! 2005 with a coolant filter that was installed a good bit after the first oil cooler failure which was when the original owner hat the truck. I cut the filters open; there were quite a bit of sand in the first three or four.

This kit also allows easier backflushing.
