Time to replace the rear socks on my 3/4 ton. Believe it or not I've never bought shocks, so what am I looking for. I have OReilly and Advanced local.

It depends on what you use the truck for. If you tow a lot, I use Monroe gas magnum heavy duty shocks. For my run around truck, I use the monroematic shocks, as they don't bounce you a lot.

Somewhere in between. I drive it every day but I want it to work when I need it to. I have a 3/4 ton not a Cadillac. Lol

I tow up to roughly 12k with monroematic shocks on the f250 2wd. On the f350 4wd, it has seen almost 20k with gas magnums. No problems with either.
