pulse timing spec?

is there a pulse spec for mech 6.2 and 6.5?

im not the sharpest tool in the shed but i'll give it a go.

if your talking about injector pulsing like the new cummins and PS and Dmaxes where the injector opens 3 or so times in one combustion event, then no. the 6.2 and 6.5 has a single opening duration.

however, if you are talking about something else then i have no idea

sidenote....
i like referring to Oliver diesel website often rather than the other GM6.2/6.5 sites in order to avoid the bickering and bias. these guys also will think out of the box on what they do to their 6.2/6.5's

Yup. I got one coming over Saturday, and I'd like to time it using the pulse method. What is the spec for a 6.2, and do I need to use line #3?

I have not yet found a spec, but by combination of ear and meter over the last month, Ive settled at 10* at 1500 rpm.
