I can post pics from Photobucket. I cannot post pics direct from my computer. It's a pain, but it works.
There was a period, since the VB upgrade, when we could post from our computers, but that ability seems to have gone away. Do we have anybody looking into this?

I don't have any problem using XP. When using ( Manage Attachment) in Advanced, Window appears to select files.

Wish I knew...I tried and tried to post pics of this Matrix compressor conversion unit I have...no joy!

I've tried to upload pictures with the new system, and it allows me to elect the pic and upload...and, the status bar gets all the way to the end before saying there's an error (Error #2038).
I've tried this in Windows 7 and in Ubuntu 10.04 with the same results.
At the same time, if a picture's already been uploaded, I can re-post it as many times as I'd like...which actually comes in really handy. Once the uploading issue's been taken care of, this could be a really nice attachment management system

No, it's not uploading and attaching to the post. For info sake, I'm using W2000 and FF for this test.

Yes, I can see Lee's attachment. That's no problem. What I'm saying is that I'm not able to attach a picture from my hard drive.

No, again n o luck. The picture location comes up in the box to the left of "browse", but that entire dropdown box disappears about five seconds after I click on 'upload.'
