don't blame me for what you are seeing in those pics, I bought the truck exactly as you see it, the AC and alternator work perfectly and on the trip that eventually led me to stop by Calvins place on one leg of the trip between Carson City NV and Lancaster CA I got 26 mpg trying to maintain 65 to 70 mph with AC on and no cruise control.
BTW, this truck originally rolled off the assembly line with a 460 gasser engine if that makes adifferance to you.

Thanks for the pics, you got pics of stuff I ain't never seen and I've had the truck for almost three years. I just drive it and when stuff doesn't work, it goes to my good friend at

once again it was good to see you
I’m going to take a wild stab and assume thats my old truck, I’m very doubtful that there are two of those. though looks like someone took the ramsey pto winch off, took the uprights off the bumper and lifted it some more
iirc conversion occurred in 1999.
truck should have a 77-79 ford p205 with custom adapter and a dodge 29 spline input shaft/ coupler sleeve combo
front and rear diffs have power lok limited slips
rear tank should be swapped to the bronco 33 gallon
drivelines should be blue with black paint over them done by missoula drivelines
engine is centered on the oem center line so rear driveline is straight to rear pinion. notching the frame at the time seemed like the way to make things fit and keeping all things dodge seemed to fill the bill are there a lot of things i would change on that conversion. sure parts, technology brackets and motor mounts have evolved. at the time finding a ken worth bracket and ford combo was like hens teeth. when that swap occurred it was early 1999 the internet was not fully on board with providing cummins swap information. notching and keeping everything on the engine dodge specific was a priority. the only reason for the 205 t-case was id already experienced the flaws of the np241 t-cases and wasn’t interested in dealing with that again. now today if i had that truck id be swapping in a dodge np271 in a heartbeat. much like the intercooler that was first used. a 1999 super duty cooler which came with plastic tanks..... hind sight is easy today we all including myself know much more... and i made many mistakes on that swap. including using a v4500 at first it didn’t last long. but overall i loved that truck and put over 180k miles on that swap. i was 19 when i did that swap....and very novice. the AC and the alternator never gave me any issues, the notching was don’t to give extra room if the ac ever needed to be serviced or that was the though. alternator i did the internal regulator conversion on, AC worked in 120 degree weather and truck never had any issues starting at sub -30 temps when it lived in Montana. Any flaws in the design blame me but consider what you all know today versus what was known in 1998 and 1999 when doing these conversions and sourcing info or parts wasn’t what we now have...... easy to look back now. my 4bt powered cherokee chief benefited from lessons learned and i still keep learning looking at what everyone else has discovered.
making cruise control work, ac work and making it fit into that package was something a lot of people said couldn’t be done
motor started out as a dodge 175hp model. went through several evolutions heck fuel plates were just getting popular back then turbo was a 60mm hybrid x35. the 460 radiator does keep the engine cool but i swapped to the diesel brass radiator for larger capacity. reality was it didn’t need it but extra never hurts.
pretty sure i saw this truck heading south out of redding a few years ago near the new years. hard to miss that color combo and bumper.
that truck was originally a 460/auto. funny i always referred to it as a 1996 back then because people would screw up the 1997 date and the F250LD that came out in 1997 with 7 lug hubs
last i sold it to rick newland of elk grove, then the guy who owns the big diesel shop there in lower Sac did a hand full of things while he had it. some guy named mark i think owned it for a brief while then it kind of disappeared sounds like you might have ended up with it. looks like a lot more has changed, motor may have been taken out or swapped too since paint looks like its changed on the block
