Where is the best and cheapest place to get a new pcm.I think my loose chip finely fired the computer,is there any way to tell for sure other than the fact it won't start.

Cheapest place is to get a friend to GIVE you one or steal one for you if he is a REALLY good friend, the best place is probalby DP Tuner. Diane will fix you up with a new PCM and get it burned to your specs too.
