There's always torque pro and car gauge pro, which can do it, long as your truck was flashed to obd2. Mine wasn't.

Pulled the chip drove it it wasn't jumpy and it ran a lot better but it still missed after I drove it.and I mean I was drivin it kinda hard not to bad just like I did the last time so now we're to look lol

A miss could be a faulty ICP sensor, have you tried driving it with the sensor unplugged (SES light will come on) without the chip installed?

Drivers side head towards the front by the fuel bowl. 3 wire plug.
With it running when you unplug it, there should be a noticeable change in idle.

That'll work. You'll have to order the Bluetooth dongle online. Don't get the cheapest you find.
