Just chimed in on this. Did you increase the pass side header size to make up for the extra flow or no? I am in the process of doing this with my PS turbo. I cut the manifold for the pass side up last night.

its now 2 inch but way i see it if 2.5 is good for na and you want more velocity with a turbo a single 2 should be ok also area wise a 2 inch is about the same as the turbo inlet
stock is 1 7/8 this should also spool the large exhaust housing quicker because of the higher velocity you can feed a tiny turbo with a huge pipe itll go slower and spool later so reverse is also true

what you mean 3 inch inlet is the pipe 3 inches? or is it 3 sq inches?
im saying a 2 inch setup aint too much smaller than the holes in a t3 flange so its not restricting more than the inlet t3 flange

You are so close on the turbo that you should finish it up already. Lol. But anyway, what is your estimated time on when the turbo setup will be done?

you can see how bad it was it went up into the firewall area and back to the seat belt mount.
i had to fully rebuild the under rocker support but its strong as hell now.
so i still got a cab corner to do but thatll be easier than the rocker since i rebuilt all around it.
also i got to redo the seat belt mount and i was going to run it off that support in the back of the cab.
but if not ill keep it stock location and ill add some support.
either way its almost done with sheetmetal work and im happy with that.
