Saw this on a tdi forum, and its a good deal. I'm getting 5 gallons of ESP 5w-40 full synthetic for about $45 after rebate. Regular Delvac is on sale as well. The processing for the rebate takes 6-8 weeks.
Find an autoparts store that has a sale going on, get it at that price, and then you can still get the rebate. Napa has 10% off right now, Pep boys had a 30% sale for a while, etc. There is a list at the bottom.

You have to get a in store receipt though, so you cant ship to your house. If the store doesnt stock it, but can order it in, you can go that route, but pay at cashier.
