I take it that the trans fluid hasn't been changed in 85K miles, except for the recent change when the solenoid pack was changed. I would do a complete flush, just changing the pan fluid will not get all the "magnet dust" out or even the dust left in the torque converter. Here is how to flush it, may save your tranny for many more miles.

When the sol.pack was changed, was the metal shield put back on, the one on the pass side of the trans.?
Check the connector there, may not have been seated all the way.
Since you still have a flashing OD, does the tach and speedo work flawlessly?
There's a lot of steel in this trans too. The first one I took the pan off after it started rattling and it was obvious something had come apart.
What about these pieces of clutch. These are large pieces I could pick out. they were the only ones I could find so that's probably it.
Your attachment pic didn't work, can't see the pieces. If the rattle came from the TC, then it's probably destroying it self. Normally big pieces indicate that, the dust on the magnet is normal for that many miles.
If the fluid has never been changed in that many miles, I doubt the warranty will be honored. Don't tell them that.
