Thanks Gary for the info....I drove it today and yeah the springs or something has it held back so the pedal don't mash all the way to the floor.

The pros... new ip, new radius arm bushings, good tires, new starter, new tps, has after market tranny cooler, great interior, straight body, gooseneck hitch, frame hitch, and cool louvered talegate.
Cons....needs radiator, needs cab bushings, needs return lines fixed, needs hard lines fixed, needs timed...to quit, a washing, throttle springs fixed.

Yeah I went and drove it but the 91 is nicer. The dually is a 92 serpentine belt which is good but the paint and one fender is terrible. It's got a used pump on it and it's hard to start, smokes white and sounds like a gasser it's so quite. In bad need of timing..
