New to diesels

Hello all, as the subject says I'm new to diesels, but not to engines. I've got a 2000 f350 crew cab 4WD. My buddy has one of the old IDI's in his f250.

Having a bit of trouble with it though. I'll search the forums and see if I can find the info I'm looking for. If not I'll post in what I hope will be the appropriate forum.

Welcome, most of the knowledge base here is more directed at the older mechanical diesel.

There are a few of us here with 7.3 powerstroke experience, that will try to walk you through any troubles you have.

I've got my PSD working pretty well. It's my buddy Bob's 89' 7.3 IDI that I'm really here for.
