6.5's can handle ~12 psi of boost from a stock turbo and 20+ from an aftermarket. Headgaskets are always a weakness when running hard.

The stock turbo is small and restrictive, it will boost 15psi by 2000rpm easy. With proper tuning the stock turbo is fine for a DD but kinda sucks for towing although you can pull off the line great.

Relocate your pmd to inside your front bumper or out of the engine compartment atleast. Try to find info on doing a relay mod for your lift pump and a walbro lift pump is the best bang for the buck out there as far as pumps go.
