1997 2500 cummins, 5 speed, 292,000 miles mostly highway 5th gear is out cosmetic damage dented quorter pannel $5,000 . i need to know if it sounds like a good deal or not please let me know thanks alot

well the 5th gear is pretty easy to fix... I tack welded mine back in place. So that will cost you time, new fluid and a tube of smurf poop. So depending on how bad the crash damage is it could be worth it but I think I would pass but that's just me because fixing the sheet metal is not quite on the top of my skills list in fact it's not even pencil'd in on the bottom.
