I'd stay away from the drugs until you have reached maximum potential with other mods first.

Oh buddy, you've got a long ways to go yet.
You can get huge power out of that rig without
having to try to blow it up with propane.
If you do want to run drugs, use water/****.
It's way safer to use, and cools, unlike propane.
If you are considering water/****, look into a kit from
snow performance. The stage 2 kit is what we're all running.

Hi Matt, you already have what is to be considered
one of the two best filter setups already. If it's turbo
noise your looking for, pop out the silencer ring from the
turbo. The thing will srceam like it's ready for lift off. :)
The removal of the ring is a piece of cake. The only gain
will be lots of whistle, no power, no better economy,
just whistle. I have the funny feeling your going to ask
how to do it, and that's OK. That's what we're all here for. :)

Here man. I copied this from http://dodgeram.org
A silencer ring is a metal baffle placed into the turbocharger inlet to reduce whistle from the turbocharger. It is installed in Ram truck engines at the request of Chrysler. The silencer ring has no effect on engine output, EGT, or boost levels.
Removal: Remove the flex hose from the front of the turbo that goes to the breather. Just inside the turbo, you will see a snap ring that looks like a piston ring(charcoal color), very gently with a small flat blade screw driver, lift one end of the snap ring out of the groove, then continue to work around the snap ring, lifting it out of the groove. When the snap ring has been removed, you can easily remove the silence ring.

What were you going to do? Fuel plate and star wheel?
Piece of cake. Do the boost elbow at the same time.
You'll be done in an hour or so if this is your first time
inside one of these. The second and third time are easy. :)

Right now your just going to slide the
stock plate forward? How about taking
out the stock plate, grinding it into a #10
and then you're done in the pump until
you're looking to do a govenor spring kit.

p.s. If you don't mind driving a smokey truck,
you're going to love those 370's :) :) :)
