Ip not getting fire

My bet is bad truck wires( 30 odd yrs of heat and oil) nothing wrong with the pump I bet!
Fusable links burn out due to high current usage( think corrosion, arching, dead short)
Yer gettin close.

Fuseable link didn't blow the wire between it an the plug burnt so we bypassed the plug an ran from the fuseable link to the pump

Looks like the plug the fuseable Link connects to was shorted causeing the problem.everythings been fine with it jumped around so it's safe to say it ain't the pump which I'm really happy about lol
