Injector testing and adjustment

I have to admit to being a "survival" type mechanic, not sweating too much until things go wrong. However, I'm concerned about injectors. I have some laying around that have failed testing in the past. Can I get a tester for pop-testing my injectors, or do I have to pay someone to do it? I see some on eBay that look like they are made out of bottle jacks. Does anyone have an opinion on these? What about the ones from India?
