Worst case, PM me your addy and I will send you the one I just got. Mine is for a spare (never replaced them at Eric's or the most recent time I tore her apart) and I also ordered my 3.5" tail pipe from them so shipping was minimal to add this.

Joe- THANKS! I ordered one from them, hopefully it will be here in short order and save my truck from a rather crispy fate.

Thanks for all the sites, I appreciate them!

I ordered a return kit from DIS a couple days ago and got the backordered indefinately reply. I canceled that order.
That shopdiesel site is mistaken about the 7.3 kit being for a Powerstoke. They are actually referring to the later IDI style caps with 1/4" hose. Tanya, that is the kit you need for your '93 NOT the 6.9 one.

The kit is from Stanadyne part # 36485. The label says "kit Nav 6.9/7.3"

The returns are in the center and not offset. I forget which is 6.9 versus 7.3

I second NAPA. They call it a fuel injector return line kit. The price is a little high compared to some of the online retailers but you should be able to get it quick.

The ones that are in the center are 3/16'' as found on 6.9's and early 7.3's. The offset ones are 1/4" as used from '91 and on IIRC.

Hey you can use either the 3/16" or the 1/4" IE the 6.9 or 7.3 kits are interchangeable just as long as you are consistent and don't mix parts. That is if you buy a 6.9 kit install everything, t-s, hoses o-rings, clamps everything except the copper gaskets. Don't even use them unless you pull the injectors.
