i figured we need some kind of info on how to fix them here.i used to fix them all the time.i even know how to fix the problem with the wobbly gm tilt columns as well.

Thanks, 94...I need to blow up your photos to see them better. Funny thing happened today...the switch got easier to turn. Maybe a loose or broken part is out of the way right now. It's never done that before.
