Hylomar spray or tube or both?

Im looking at getting some hylomar for head gaskets and other stuff like intake gasket. I have found a couple things, http://www.hipoparts.com/products/HYLOMAR-Universal-Blue-12oz-Aerosol-Gasket-Compound.html this is a spray that looks good for head gaskets. http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/PER0/85249.oap?ck=Search_hylomar_-1_2002&keyword=hylomar this looks like it should be used for like the intake gasket. Also what other stuff are you guys using for other surfaces and where do you get them?

I dunno about spraying the gaskets. I'm from the old school, clean and dry. But I do use their gasket makers.

Use the spray on the head gaskets but use the tube stuff on anything else.
