I have a 1986 Jayco motorhome on an E350 van chassis, powered by a 7.3 idi turbo diesel (original 6.9 was replaced a few years ago). The stock vacuum-booster brakes are marginal, especially when towing a Jeep. Has anyone replaced the vacuum booster on the E350 van with a hydroboost unit? Is it the same procedure, with the same parts, as the conversions I've seen on this site for F-250s and F-350s? I've searched, but haven't seen any mention of hydroboost conversions done in vans.
Thanks!
Paul

I don't recall one done here myself though that doesn't mean that I am correct.

Check with Google and local wreckers that may have a more current model with one you could adapt to yours.

Good luck and let us know how/what works.
