Found these pictures of doing some firewood back towards the beginning of the winter. Thought you guys might enjoy checking them out. My truck was definitely freighted but thankfully all this wood had been through a forest fire so it was bone dry and excellent firewood. Good thing DOT wasn't around to care about my load :)

Hows the Tailgate,...?

Still closes after some re-engineering with a tow strap and a tree. Yeah...I did bow the bedsides out a little bit... oops. I'm not all that concerned with the bed though since I'd like to put a flatbed on it at some point anyways because I think that would be more convenient and I would have more flexibility on what I can load a flatbed with.

Hey... easy now Jon.

stealing my thunder and all!
I guess now I'll have to try and find a polar bear or two to train and carry around in the back of my truck. Lol
