Pink motor oil???? never heard of such a thing. I think it may be contaminated with something and would not start it. I would say it needs an oil change for putting the key in the ignition. I would take a sample of it as you drain it and send it in to a place to have it looked at to figure out what is in there.

is who I have used in the past. Contact them and get a sample kit then send it in. There maybe a problem with the engine like the coolant is getting into the oil i.e blown head gasket, bad oil cooler or such.

Doh!! Guess if I'd check the motor oil rather than the tranny... I'm coming down from morphine, what can I say?

whew.... glad that was all it was. you had me scared for a little bit. it's all right once I put antifreeze in my washer fluid - boy that was a messy windshield.
