I picked up a HUGE (700 page) book called Alcohol Can Be A Gas! A very interesting read to say the least. It goes over EVERYTHING needed to grow and Brew your own fuel, including the legal aspects. It also goes over a lot of the misinformation with the subject and the technical aspects of it working in your engine with Fuel Injection, etc....

I don't have any E-85 gas stations anyplace near me or even in my state at all. I looked into it for the fleet of gassers my father has of Econolines specifically. So my angle was home brewing for sure. Stay under 10k gallons a year and fill out a three or five page sheet and you are fine as can be.

I figured this would be of interest to you people here, since you have a lock on the motor oil for diesels angle. Some of us still have a gasser here or there.

The author is kind of a hippie farmer.
