So I was correct in my online diagnosis... man I'm good, lol :D
Yep and the true test was these past few 80 degree days as...for some silly reason when it was hot the "switch" would act up >I would turn the key till it stopped hard and nothing would happen.
However, now that I moved the switch up on the comumn a smidge it starts just like new again...>plenty of key rotation ;Sweet

PS I still would like to get the original actuator out but need a few better pics and details (after) the turn-signal mess is out of the way.;Really
